Cannot add wizard spells above 0-level

Since the last patch, I can't add wizard spells above 0-level. I also get a "please update client application" error re:PDF Canvas whenever I start HL. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi there,


Are you using the latest version of Hero Lab (v1.1g) and the latest
version of the PDF plugin (which can be downloaded from the updates
mechanism)? If you're using the latest version of both, you shouldn't be
getting that error message.


Once you've upgraded, do you still have problems adding wizard spells
about level 0? For wizards, you need to add spells to their spellbook
before you can memorize them.
