I figured out my squad composition issue by resorting to having linked children inside my squad that are auto-selected with exclusion groups for each 'slot'. Since there's at max 6 'slots' in the currently published lists, it works reasonably well.
However, one thing that's annoying me is that the tree defaults to showing as fully expanded. I'm using items for every weapon on each child (most models have > 5 weapons with different characteristics), and when a squad is added from the available view to the roster view it's difficult to tell the composition (i.e. the models) of the squad w/o collapsing the squad manually.
Is there a way to default the a specific child in the roster view to being collapsed instead of expanded? Thanks!
