Can I hide unit stats based on ruleset choices?

Is it possible to not display certain unit stats depending on the ruleset?

I have two unit stats that represent optional rules. I'm wondering if there's a way to hide them in certain rulesets.
 
I don't think you can, only way I can think to do so would be via a script that sets the stat dependant on ruleset. You would still end up with the stat column showing though but no digits
