This pops up when I boot up the Hero Lab software.

Your two user files, Spell Compendium and Spell Compendium Domains, define the same items. Did you update recently, or add new materials?
 
just the lawful G update. that I know of.

I removed the spell compendium domain file from the d20 folder and that seems to have fixed the problem.
