Campaign Theater Issues - About to abandon HLO for good

I've been having Campaign Theater issues for over a month now. Characters disappearing from the initiative tracker, inability to load campaigns (blank screen trying to access, making all characters in the campaign inaccessible), and other issues. I've purchased all the PF2e content for Hero Lab, because I'm a fan, but I am a hairs-breadth away from cancelling my subscription. Every issue I have submitted against this has been met with "Try a different browser" or radio silence. This is breaking my ability to run games, and in some cases, actively ruining long-running combats, or making my players unable to access their characters that are part of a campaign.

Is there any fix in sight for all these ongoing problems? This is a true nightmare, and I'm about to walk away from my sunk cost in Hero Lab.
