Campaign Mode Errors

I was trying to set up a campaign in Starfinder (with Patron level access) but when the players add their character sheets, neither I nor they can view them.

I setup a PF2 campaign to see if the issue was the system, and it seemed to work fine.

Am I missing something?
 
The underlying mechanisms between the two games are identical. So I'm at a loss regarding what could be going sideways. Please open a support ticket so the dev team can investigate. Please include your account name (login) and the campaign that's causing problems so that we know exactly where to look. Thanks!
