Cadian Shock Troops Inquiry

Hello, I just have a quick question.

I've been playing Imperial Guard for a little while now, well mostly just collecting and preparing for a battle in the spare time I have from other armies, and I cannot understand the layout for the Cadian Shock Troops.

I have, in my possession, 2 boxes of Cadian Shock Troops. Together, they include 40 troops, 4 of which are sargeants. That part of it I understand, however I do not get why there is a command squad for the platoon, rather, where do I find the models for this group of people?

Just a quick note, I have read the codex, and I don't see any evidence of this command group, I may have missed it, but just want to avoid responses of that nature, lol
 
Please read the paragraph right below the heading 'Infantry Platoon' on page 44 of the codex.
 
So basically, so I have to purchase an HQ squad for each platoon, or do I only need one Command Squad HQ, and stay within 12 inches or whatever the bubble is. Sorry if it's annoying, but no-one in my area happens to collect Imperial Guard, and sadly, none of us understand this, and I cannot find a definitive answer anywhere.
 
And again, what does it say that a Infantry Platoon consists of? It tells you right there in black and white.
 
Honestly, I'm just asking a question, you don't have to be so rude about your answers. I don't understand what they are refrencing, do I need to buy seperate Command Squads (HQ Version that are all metal) or do I have to do something else, and if so, what?
 
Ended up calling Direct Services and solved my issue, actually have to take out a guy or more from the Shock Troop box for the command...however army builder only let's you have 18 guardsmen and 2 sargeants, kinda flaud IMO...
 
I'm not the one being rude, thank you. The rules are quite clear. They tell you quite explicitly what goes into an Infantry Platoon, which is a single Troops choice. It has nothing whatsoever to do with your HQ choices. Also it has nothing whatsoever to do with model choice. You don't have to use GW's Cadian Command Squad if you don't want to, even for your HQ choice. You don't even have to use GW figures at all as long as you don't plan on playing at a GW store.

you have two squads of ten, consisting of 9 troops and a sergeant, adding up to 18 troops and 2 sergeants, am a bit lost on how this is flawed?
