So By Night Studios MET uses a set up like WoD, so I was attempting to figure out if I could use the authoring kit to be able to use HL as the DB program for that Setting?

Any idea where I would look for how to do this.

Hello there! You can use the editor (different from the authoring kit) in the World of Darkness data files to add new stuff (e.g. new weapons, vampire clans, etc). But you can't start with the game system and make major changes (e.g. "I don't have 9 Attributes, I have 5 Paradigms"). I hope this helps!
