for some reason I'm having issues trying to buy these. I found the page that lists the price but it's been a while since ive ventured onto this site so can someone direct me how to purchase them? and if you could provide the link that would help... thank you!
 
Open HL
In the licence menu choose "Buy Data Packages"
Log in to website.
Select packages you want.
Scroll aaaaaallllllll the way down
Checkout.
