Been trying all morning anyone else having trouble purchasing the software from the website? It just times out at the very last order step. Hope im not being charged every time lol. Zach

Zach,

We were having problems with the server earlier today, but I do see
that your order did finally go through. Hopefully you received your
license information already. Please let me know if you have not and I
will gladly send it to you again. I am so sorry for this
inconvenience! Thank you for your patience.

You're definitely no being charged. Unfortunately, nothing ever completed.

We had a nasty problem going on with our server that we thought was fixed on Wednesday, but it wasn't. It would timeout on various attempts to write to the database. I spent 5 hours on the phone with Microsoft today, and things now appear to be running smoothly. Please give it another try.

Just don't get me started on SQLServer. Ugh......

Paid for my licence for Army Builder on 1 Oct but still not received it. Sent Email with details to Support Email address but no reply after 24hrs - is there some sort of problem I should know about?

Jonathan,

I checked on your order, and I see that the emails that were sent to
you were not able to be delivered for some reason so they were
returned to us. I am going to include your license numbers here so
that you can get your copy of Army Builder up and running:

license - ABGNH8M4V8MRVJV
password - hoppebrooks@freenet.de

Just download the demo onto your machine and run the license wizard
using the numbers above. That will get you out of demo mode. I will
also send the original license material email to you again for your
records.

Thank you for your order! Please let me know if there is anything
that I can do to assist you further.

Yes, there is a problem, and we've been trying to get it resolved, but we've had no luck. The problem is with your email provider. Although they have no valid justification for doing so, they are refusing to accept any emails from our server. Our attempts to resolve this with them have been ignored. Since you provided an invalid phone number with your order, we've been unable to phone you as well.

I tried sending you a separate email with more explanation from a webmail account that goes out via a completely different server. With luck, that email will get through to you.

The easiest solution here is to provide me with an alternate email address. I can then trigger your license materials to be re-sent to that email address instead.

Thanks, Rob
