Building downtime qestion

So i've put together an inn with a manager for my character. I immediately notice that I have a validation error. The error is for my inn and states "Inn: You must choose an option."

what i don't see is any options to choose in the "other" tab. Anyone else come up with this issue. Is it a feature that's not yet implemented or a bug of some sort?
