All editions Bug with Extra: Stacking for Various Shapeshift/Mimic Powers?

Is it a known issue that the Stacking Extra under Animal Mimicry, Object Mimicry, Shapeshifting, Mimic, and Shapeshifting do not work as depicted by the books?

If not then I'll see if I can brush up enough on the scripting to see if I can provide a data fix.

First I'd liket o know if others have run into this bug as well... as I don't see this specific bug listed yet on the forums.
 
Hmm, I'm not sure how easy this will be to fix. I'll put it on the to-do list - thanks for the report.
