BUG Versatile Resistance (FEAT)

This feat adds a modifier to damage rolls for magic attacks with the keyword lighting or thunder the bonus is level dependant, it is not adding the bonus at this time.
 
According to the D&D Compendium, the feat provides "resist 5 cold, resist 5 fire, and resist 5 thunder" at all times. Was this errata'd somewhere else?

the Feat in question is Tempest Magic, from the Arcane Power book which adds to the key words above
