[BUG] Toughness not increased for SM captain/command squad on bikes

When adding the bike option to a Space Marine captain, it is not adding one to the toughness. Same for the command squad if you give them bikes.

I think Khan is getting it if you give him Moondrakken, but I'll need to double check.
