Bug - Shifter Tiger shape, grab disabled

Noticed today, that when wild shaped into a tiger on the Shifter, the Grab special ability is not enabled.

Is there a better place for bug reports?
 
Created a copy of the tiger in the editor, but can't figure out how to turn grab on.

Also discovered another bug. A Rake attack is added when the tigers minor aspect is enabled but wild shaped into a different animal at level 15.
