[Bug] Racial Custom Abilities: Resource Overspent since latest version of hero lab.

As said in the title, one of my player's characters now gives the above error when using a race built with the race builder.

I have included the portfolio for you to check, it uses the community files for Path of War support.

If I rebuild it from scratch, I get the error as soon as I set the Size: Medium, Speed: Normal, Lang Group: Standard and Race Lang: Elven.

I noticed the same bug. I also noticed that the ability adjustments would change back to being unassigned when I loaded the portfolio.
