Bug: Lost language choice

Originally I had a new character with an Intelligence of 18 and I picked out all the extra languages. The last one on that list was Tien. When I reduced the Intelligence to 17, the last language (Tien) automatically got dropped and it was no longer available on the choice of languages. If I switch to a different character, I do see that language available.

Is there a way I can get that choice of language back?

Okay, I noticed that I might have been a bit confused. I see that the Tien language choice is on my Personal tab and unavailable on the Starting Languages on the Background tab. I guess there's no error. I still have to figure out why there are two places for the languages, though.

Languages which are added due to your characters Intelligence are drawn from a limited list based on your race. Those are the "Starting Languages" added on the Background tab. Whereas languages you gain from ranks in Linguistics are not limited to those available to your race, and those are added on the Personal tab.

Ahhh....thank you so much for that explanation. I didn't realize that with the Linguistics skill!
