Bug in the Hellfrost data file?

I was just playing around with the Hellfrost data set today, and while making a priest noticed a bug.
Taking the Arcane Background Miracles and choosing a deity does not grant the deity's signature power or impose the orders hindrance.
What would be a good work around for this?
