Bug in INT stat bump

I just was inputting my character when I noticed that I used the stat bump at 4th and 8th level, as well as adding levels of Dragon Disciple levels which boosted +2 to Int. Now HL is saying I have 2 starting languages I need to choose. The starting languages shouldn't go up with Int.
