Bug in CVEdit 1.5a

I can't load CVEdit 1.5a. It says that a form is missing. I tried
downloading and reinstalling but got the same error.

It sounds like you haven't installed Card Vault 1.5a (we added a new form
to CVEdit in v1.5a). CVEdit should be warning you about that when you try
to start it, but apparently it isn't. Hmm, we'll have to get that looked at.

Anyway. Install Card Vault 1.5a as well and the problem should go away.
