Bug: Eternal Summer - level 3

The contract level Noonday Grasp (Eternal Summer 3) has the wrong phase in the Eval Script (and therefore has no impact when activated by the user). It is set at "Pre-Roll".

If you change the Phase to Pre-Dots, the contract level functions correctly when activated.
