Brand new user: adding monsters to the vault

Hello everyone.
I just bought HLO standard a few hours ago along with the Starfinder Core rule book, and the Against the Aeon Throne add on. The descriptions of both said I would have access to monsters, but i cant find those. They are not in my vault or anywhere. I am GMing a game tomorrow and am trying to prepare.

How can I access these statblocks? If that isn't possible, then I will deeply regret this purchase...
