Bootstrapping Specials into Armor

Has anyone figured out how to show a special ability (say Scent) that's been bootstrapped into magic armor only when the armor is equipped? I can bootstrap the specials in fine, but they're always available.

This currently can't be done, but I've just added this capability, so
it'll be in our next update.
