boosting caster level for a subset of spells

Hi. Could one of the gracious, kind, and devastatingly handsome resident scripting pros help me out by showing me the script needed to increase the hero's effective caster level by 1 for all spells with the [electricity] descriptor? It's for a custom magic item. Many thanks in advance, and many more to follow.

The best attempt would be to find an existing ability which does something similar, perhaps a feat, and see how that does it's job.

Look of spell focus or a similar ability

The Heavenborn Alternate Racial Trait (for Aasimars) adds +1 to the CL of all good or light descriptor spells, so that'll tell you how to adjust CL, and the "Bloodline Arcana: Stormborn" ability, which you'll find on the Class Special tab, modifies the DC of electrical spells, so that'll give you the right tag to use for electricity.
