Boon Companion for Eidolon

Hey Guys, I'm pretty new to HL. I've been trying to hack together a version of the boon companion feat that would work with an eidolon. I asked on the forums a while ago if this feat should work with Eidolons as well, and both Joshua Frost and the author of Seeker of Secrets said that the intent was for it to work with Eidolons as well as animal companions/mounts/familiars.

I started with the user content boon companion and can use most of it. However, I am unsure as to what variable to add the extra levels. I couldn't find a list of attributes for minions( which the eidolon seems to be a derivation of ). I am pretty sure I just want to add it to the minion level, but I am not sure how this is done.

Can you give me a link to the thread where boon companion was allowed for Eidolons? I'd like to adjust the copy in Seekers of Secrets if it's an official ruling.
