Bolt throwers

I am currently using your brilliant program to help me build my dark elf army list. One problem though when choosing bolt throwers 2 bolt thowers class as 1 choice but when I have 3 or 4 in a 2000 pnt army it come up to many rares of one choice. But this is wrong isnt it? I should be allowed 4 as this is only 2 choices. Hope you can rectify this or tell me if Im wrong. :D

Should post this in the warhammer section to make sure the authors will check the files incase they are wrong. Which version of the Warhammer files are you using? Are they the V8 files?. I get the same error (but then I'm not done reading through the 8E rules to say if it's wrong or not.
