Blood Of dragons with BloodRager

Does someone know how to set the Dragon Disciples Blood of Dragon Abillity to stack with the Bloodragers bloodline Abilities?

I'm not real familiar with the editor and tried just adding the same cond. for bloodrager that was in for Sorc but it was a no go.

Any help would be much appreciated.
