Blood Angels Data File?

Hello guys,
When using the newest version of Army Builder I am getting "Roster Validation Report" errors for my Blood Angel army. It says "Ruleset 'Blood Angels' is invalid for current settings. Does this mean that the datafile is not compatible with the 5th Ed ruleset? Or is the BA army I have legal and just giving me a weird error?

On another note, whenever I load a Blood Angels list it mis-calculates the points cost for assault squads that are using Rhinos instead of jump packs. It should be free, but is showing that it costs 40 points.

Any help would be appreciated!
