Blessed blood sorcerer feat missing?

I can't seem to get this feat to populate as a possible/valid feat selection even though I've purchased the content and seemingly have it all setup properly. I've picked an angelic bloodline and have set the deity to sarenrae. Am I missing something?

So I had to make a new character for it to show up (Still not showing up on the first character). I am assuming this is a content issue with when I purchased this. Is there a way to "refresh" or some interval that content gets updated for existing characters? Rebuilding all characters as new content becomes available seems shitty if not.
 
Did you enable the new content on the Settings page? (It's in the Character section in the list on the left, right above Classes.)

Every time you buy new content you'll have to enable it for each of your existing characters.
