Bladed Scarf damage... bug?

Per http://www.d20pfsrd.com/equipment---final/weapons/weapon-descriptions/scarf-bladed

It says the damage is 1d4. Hero Lab tells me the damage is 1d6. I *do* have "Varisian Tattoo" that grants me weapon prof. so I can use it, but I do not have weapon finesse or anything else I can think of to buff the damage. Hero Lab reports 1d6 damage on this weapon. The "?" help document in Hero Lab for this also says "1d4".

Is this a bug/ entry error for this weapon?

HL always shows the latest rules and the scarf bladed was changed to 1d6 in "Varisia Birthplace of Legends".

So in this case its a bug that should be reported to d20pfsrd instead and only for the description actually as the Table of weapons correctly shows it is 1d6. Anyways I updated the d20pfsrd text so its all the same.

Ok, sorry. I'm also trying to get a clarification from Paizo on its intended use. So this sounds like 'not-a-bug'. Sorta. Maybe.
 
Yeah, the only 'bug' would be the description as well as PFSRD, and it sounds like it is fixed so I won't bother. So I just need a clarification of grapple conditions. Thank you for your patience. :D
