Black Orc Warboss and Special Characters

Wurrzag, Grimgor, Borgut and Black Orc Warboss are not currently taking up the extra hero slot in a regular O&G army as they should (though it is mentioned in the Comp column it's still not actually adding it). Strangely, Black Orc Big Boss seems to be the only one working ok.
 
Well, it doesn't for me. If I add BO Warboss and BO Big Boss to an empty 2,000 pt list and then add a single goblin big boss I should get a validation error about hero slots but I don't.

Can anyone replicate this?
 
The problem is that you are allowed 4 characters, one of which may be a Lord choice...NOT 4 heros AND a Lord choice...Come to think of it this is a general problem with the files...
A Lord choice still takes up a character slot...
 
Ok, good that I'm not alone with this.

deathlynx, have you come across this problem with some other army, too? O&G is so far the only one I have noticed this problem to exist in and I believe it is due to the 'Ardboyz list modifications affecting the regular list.
 
I thought I had noticed this in VC but I just tried and it's working fine...However I tried it just now with a few different lists and you are correc, it's only the O&G list that's got it wrong...possibly an error resulting from the "extra goblin hero" rules...
