Black Blade and adding properties

How would I go about altering the Black Blade of the Bladebound Magus archetype so that I can enchant it separately? It seems like it would be particularly complicated.

I know that it's supposedly not legit to do it but when I GM I allow players to add enchantments (specifically so that they're not locked out of the Agile enchantment.)
