Best Way To Allow Alchemists To Master Their Formulae?

When I add an alchemical formula to the rituals tab and check it off to master it, with a character that has the alchemist feat (not replacing ritual caster, she just has the feat), it shows up an error and says that ritual caster is required. I understand the work-around of adding a bonus feat in permanent adjustments and giving her ritual caster, but the problem is that since she should not have that, now I have to double check each one elsewhere to see whether she can actually have it (as some of them are not necessarily intuitive -- holy water, for example, is ritual caster and not alchemy, even though it creates a particular consumable item), and I was wondering if there was a better way to go about this? Thanks.
