Is that from the "Miniatures Handbook"? The main material coded (by the Community) for that book is 2 Classes, a Race and Feats. Community content has been done by volunteers and not all books (or their full content) has been coded.
This should be easy to add in the editor... Go to "Equipment" > Wondrous. Use New (Copy) to make a copy of the Belt of Giant Strength. Then in Eval Scripts, copy and past the line with #enhancementbonus and changing the aSTR to aDEX, etc.
Make sure you save it with a Unique name and ID, and save your user file.
