Battle Harness Issues

As I understand the Battle Harness Armor description, you're supposed to get a power bonus to your initiative equal to the bonus of the battle harness in question. I have a ranger using a +1 Battle Harness but not receiving the bonus from equipped armor. Now, I can of course just add it in myself, but is there a way to make it added to the sheet, and thus easier for myself?

Thanks for an excellent system by the way. I know I say that a lot, but it's true that this system rocks!
