Bases, Vehicles, Equipment, and Devices! Oh My!

I'm wondering if HL will include an interface to create Bases, Vehicles, Equipment, and Devices, or will I have to design them on paper and manually enter them as custom data?

Yes, Hero Lab will let you create all of those and calculate the costs
for you.
