Base Item Pulldown Selector Broken in UI

This keeps happening to my Create Custom Weapon and Create Custom Armor menus. There is a bug in the UI where it removes the Base Item selector. (Ie. +1,+2...) from the menu. I have tried new portfolios, new install, installed on clean windows 11 still happens. Doesn't start that way but just happens after a wile.

Thanks for any help. Can't give out any plus 5 swords without it.
