Bard with sorcerer spell list

I am currently running a campaign and had a character drop, the group decided that they wanted me to just make another character and put him in the group to help them along. I want to make this character unique and fun. I am thinking a gnome who was forcefully reincarnated however the spell went wrong and his connection to arcane power has become unstable. In his new life he became a bard (previous life was sorcerer), however I want him to have access to the sorcerer spell list. He will have to roll % every time he cast to see if the spell goes off as normal or if there will be a "mishap." What would be the best approach in hero lab to have a bard that also has access to sorcerer spells? I tried to just copy the bard template and was going to modify it but it looks like I would have to choose between bard or sorcerer spell list.
 
There is an adjustment you can add on the In-Play tab, called "Add Spell Type to Class Spell List" which should do what you want.
