Bard issues since 2/12/20 downtime?

Is anyone else having issues saving the Signature Spells for bards after the 2/12/20 downtime? It was working fine that morning, but now I can't see to get them to 'stick' when I select the Signature Spells.

I've reported the bug, I just wanted to verify it wasn't just me since I also updated Java in that gap.
