Background and Skill Feat Question?

If my background and my class both grant trained in the same skill, you are supposed to select another. How do I do that?

Example, Hunter background chooses Ranger. I get a Blue Highlight on Survival stating this:

Survival: More than one option has made this skill trained (Hunter, Ranger)

I have the same issue with Thievery for a Rouge character that has taken Street Urchin as a background and Thief as his Rogue's Racket.

Is there a solution or is this feature not yet implemented?

it's a bug. as a workaround until it's fixed, you can use Permanent Adjustments (under the Customize menu) to give yourself an extra skill boost.

It's been fixed for Class and Background, still needs fixing for Sorcerer Bloodlines.

Seeing the same issue with my rogue:
UI only allows me to select warfare, in doing so I get:

'Warfare Lore: More than one option has made this skill trained (Martial Disciple (Acrobatics), Swords)'
