Automatic Bonus Progression enhancement bonus

A question regarding the Pathfinder Unchained, specifically the options for the Automatic Bonus progression in Chapter 4.

In this Paizo Blog Post preview, there is an additional option not included in the book, addressing the cap of enhancement bonuses at +5 (so, theoretically, until you reach level 19 bonuses you can't have a weapon or armor with more than +5 "worth" of bonuses, under the core implementation). Is this something that will be included? I don't see it reflected in the current option setting for the book.
 
I am not sure what to make of it in that sense, really.

HERE is a discussion of it in which one of the PDT points to that system as an option.
