August Releases timeline

I know that Paths of Prestige, Varisia and Ultimate Equipment just dropped today, but I vaguely recall some sort of timeline posted by LWD about when we would see the books converted to HL. I cannot find that for the life of me now.

Was such a notice posted and would one of you kind folks link me to it?

I'm just eager to stat up my swordlord concept in HL...:)

Actually they didn't. Everything has been delayed at Paizo until the 23rd now. Only those with subscriptions have access to the stuff right now. :(
 
Didn't know about that! Thanks for the heads up.

Hope we'll see something hit HL before the end of the month.
 
Not all subscribers have access - the PDFs aren't available to people until their order ships. I'm still waiting for mine.
 
I have not seen Lone Wolf post anything specific about most of the August books. Usually, they aim for shortly after street date, and have been hitting the weekend after release in the last couple of months.

What Lone Wolf *did* say was that Ultimate Equipment and Paths of Prestige are more "loaded" with rules content than most of the books they get. Those two books will take longer and are *not* expected to be done quickly, and they don't have firm release dates for them at all.
 
I am sure they are hard at work on getting them released asap. GenCon also has slowed the work a little.
 
There are many factors at play here. First, those two books are a huge amount of work. Second, those books both hit a the same time. Third, we didn't receive the material from Paizo with as much lead time as usual, so we started behind schedule. Lastly, GenCon put a big dent in the schedule, since there was lots of time spent prepping, then a full week of everyone being at the show (we all just got home a few hours ago), and now a few days getting caught up after being gone.

Due to all of the above, it's safe to say those two books will not be released until sometime in September. I don't have visibility into the specifics, so I can't provide any more concrete information than that. However, there should be more details provided in the August newsletter that will go out at the end of the month.
