I don't really see any forum that appears appropriate for this post, so I'm putting it here since HL/PF is the LWD program/data set I use most.

LWD, I recall reading in the Realm Works Beta announcement on 11.28 that y'all are having problems with your email provider. Is there any update on if/when that will be resolved?

I have something like three emailed bug reports that never even got an auto-response, and I'm holding off on writing up and submitting new ones until things get going again.
 
I'm having trouble laying my hand on the particular forum post, but apparently they are back up again, although you may want to resubmit your requests. Alternately, if you have a prior bug report, enter it and see if your other bugs are present in the list. I know I can see mine.
 
Yes, our e-mail issues are now resolved. I'm not familiar with the details of what precisely went wrong, but it's my week to handle bugs, so feel free to resubmit.
