Hey Colen,

Just wondering if you were going to implement the Genestealer Cult army
list (the current codex floating around is by Tim Huckleberry of GW-USA
and is likely to make it into Cit. Journal. There's also one or two
other minor Codexes out there (Khorne, etc.) that haven't appeared yet.
I'm just asking because I noticed you did take the time to include the
nigh-banned playtest halequins Codex.

I'll put them in when they appear in the Citadel Journal, but probably
not until then. This is due to my rather bizzare and twisted sense of
morality (so to speak) - since the 40K files are not technically legal,
I don't fancy emailing a GW employee and saying "Can I include your
genestealer army list with the rest of my files?" However, once it's
actually been printed I'll be doing nothing I haven't done already.

Well, it makes sense to me, anyway... :)

If anyone wants anything that's been published in the CJ to be included,
either a) Email me it (if it's not too big, e.g. the tanks that have
recently been added) or b) LMK which issue it was in and I'll pick it up
myself.

:P

I understand, however Mr. Hucklebery plainly states in his codex that
he would like us to use it alot, especially with the new scenarios, and
that it is pretty much "final" (all stated in his words in his .doc
copy of the codex, that he distributed). And so as to make it all
nice-nice (not to mention saving myself the time involved in learning
ABCreator, and then correctly implementing the codex) I'm shooting off
a little email right now asking for definative written permission.

So, when he gives the ok, which I'm sure he'll do since I've talked
Tyranid tactis and such with him via e-mail a few times before and
seems a rather pleasant fellow, do you think you're up for the dirty
work?

-Sledge (The ABCreator Ignorant)

p.s. I can send you the word document so you don't have to deal with
the cumbersome multi-page web versions of Codex: Genestealer Cult :)

Fair enough :)

Sure, why not? As long as it's not as complicated as the Space Marine
codex, it's fine by me. :)

That would be kind :)
