attack bonus not showing up correctly in character sheet

ok so I made a halfing sniper rogue (level 2)
so
BAB-1
dex 20-5
MW weapon -1
small size -1
total ranged attack bonus=8
this shows up correct in the program

no when I convert to pdf character sheet it gives my total as a +4

any ideas?

What type of weapon did you give them? Are they proficient with it ?

heavy repeating crossbow and yes he has the feat

The stats HL shows for a weapon that's not currently equipped are the one-handed equip stats for that weapon. For heavy crossbows (regular and repeating), there's a -4 to hit penalty while wielding it in one hand.

Yep. You'll need to go into the equipment tab and select both checkboxes under that weapon in order to equip it as a 2-handed weapon, then your pdf should show right.

both check boxes are clicked under the weapon in herolab it says range +8 but the pdf still says 4

I'll put this on my to-do list. It needs to display the one-handed and two-handed attack bonuses for ranged attacks, the same way it displays both of them for melee attacks.
