Not sure what I am doing wrong here. I think that the following is where I am supposed to be.
The problem is that the feat is showing up upon taking the first level of the new PrC and not the third as it is supposed to. I am guessing that I am telling it to attach when I have a character of third level and at least one of the PrC since the ability is linked to the PrC. Am I "wording" it wrong, or am I using the wrong GroupID or something else altogether?
