Astrazoan Race option mission (Pack Worlds)

Maybe I am just missing it, but I cannot seem to find how to make an Astrazoan NPC. Pack Worlds is selected in my settings, but I do not see the race as an option to choose through the Race function. Attempting the Custom Race option, I can choose Aberration, but the closest for a sub-type that shows is Shapeshifter. Am I missing the option somewhere?
 
Unfortunately, in Pact Worlds, Paizo never described the effects of any of the subtypes for the new races added there. Other races, like the ones in the Alien Archives, get both an NPC version and a PC version, so that we can see what the NPC rules look like, but in Pact Worlds, all the information that was provided were the PC stats.
