Can anyone link me the Data File that includes the patch to make it available for me to add Daemonhunters + Assassins as allies to my army ? 8)

Aren't you downloading the 40K files from AB's auto-updates? That should give you version 1.22b.

The pennant icon on the top right of the unit selection screen is allies (this applies to all games in AB).
 
*Edit* - Issue sorted, I have the allies sorted.

One another note, as it says my license has expired can you renew it for free ? I'm not sure. I can't afford to pay much at the moment.
