The units which most Champions come from can get free Bolt Pistols, ergo
the champions get them too.

You need to click on the 'Wargear' button, it looks like a little ship's
wheel.

Peace be with you,

I've noticed a minor error in the Chaos Space Marine list.

Buy a Demon Prince as your General.
Give him any mark.
Buy one 'cult' (not cultist) unit for that mark (i.e.: Berserkers for Khorne, Noise Marines for Slaanesh).
Try to count that Elite/Heavy unit as a Troop.
The following validation error occurs: "Units of type '___Trps' require at least 1 unit of type '___Gen' within roster."

Which of course is illegal to do anyway if you will
note from the codex.  You can not take elite as troops
choices. You may only do this with a chaos lord as
your  leader.  Its specifically worded as such in the
codex.

So the short term solution is to NOT try and force
something illegal I guess :)

Only Exalted and Mighty Champions count as Generals for this, I'm afraid; Daemon Princes and Greater Daemons don't. Sorry.
