Army Builder 2.2 converter to 3.3

A new game just came out and someone who only has army builder 2.2 built dat files for it.

I have army builder 3.3, at one time i think their was a conversion tool.

I don't want to have to re enter everything in 3.3.

Any ideas on how I could use what has already been done to
load it into 3.3 , the link to the tool seems to be dead.
